Healthy Hunterdon Fest

FLEMINGTON, NJ — The Hunterdon County Division of Parks & Recreation and Health Department are proud to present Healthy Hunterdon Fest, a vibrant afternoon of health, fitness, and family-friendly fun, taking place Saturday, May 17, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Deer Path Park in Flemington, NJ.

This free event will be emceed by former New York Giants player Otis Anderson, bringing his energy and inspiration to the day’s festivities.

Healthy Hunterdon Fest is designed to celebrate healthy living and community connection. Attendees can enjoy:

Dedication of the new accessible fitness pavilion at Deer Path Park by Eric LeGrand 

Group wellness activities led by the Hunterdon County Health Department and River Crossing YMCA

Live music and entertainment from Showoff Productions 

• A Game Truck for kids of all ages

• A chance to explore the county’s HAZMAT vehicle

• Educational exhibits from the 579 Trail 

• A Family Team Trivia Contest with fun prizes generously provided by participating sponsors

“This event is about bringing the community together in a fun and engaging way while promoting health and wellness resources available throughout Hunterdon County,” said Commissioner Shaun C. Van Doren, liaison to the Health Department.
