Hands-On History Traditional Crafts Festival

After the success of last fall’s first Hands-On History Day, the event is coming back with even more to offer. Visitors will watch live demonstrations of essential historic activities including candle making, woodworking and wool carding, spinning and weaving, many of which they will also be able to try. Local artisans versed in traditional crafts will be present, including a very special freehand silhouette artist.
