Descendant’s Brewing Company: German Bier Pairing Dinner

Hey all you Dirndl and Lederhosen wearing Volks! Thursday October 23rd marks the return of one of our newest traditions! Our German Bier Pairing Dinner!
Our good friend Peter will be retuning with a very special Ceremonial Keg of Weihenstephan Festbier along with some classics from Rothaus and Gaffel in Germany!
Chef Ismael is preparing an absolutely legendary German Menu featuring:
Cheese and charcuterie
Pork schnitzel, mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy
Frankfurt sausage, hard boiled egg, boiled potato green sauce
Hamburg fisch sandwich, remoulade sauce, German cucumber salad.
Apfelküchle batter coated apple rings dusted with cinnamon sugar, whipped cream.
And we welcome the return of our annual Bier Stein holding contest! Remember: arms straight and no bent elbows!
