DESCRIPTION:Join ArtYard on the afternoon of May 17\, 2025 for our sixth biennial Hatch Festival\, a celebration of creative incubation and community. \nThis year’s Hatch is a raucous\, joyful conjuring of hope\, transformation\, and transcendence. Flocks of birds will emerge from a towering egg to dance and parade alongside community members in an act of creative rebirth. \nIn the lead-up to the festival\, we’re transforming a section of the Laboratory Gallery into the Hatch Workshop\, featuring a maker’s workspace dedicated to the creation of costumes and objects for the event. In addition\, we’re hosting a series of Tiny Talks on the theme of Hope\, with speakers sharing practices and insights to help us imagine the change we wish to hatch into the world. \nWe’ll be sharing workshop dates\, more information on performers\, and opening our registration soon.\n \nLearn more HERE!
