DESCRIPTION:Artificial Insurance is an installation featuring work by visual and performance artist Justin Lander that will be on view this spring in ArtYard’s VSG (Very Small Galleries)\, three miniature installations hidden in our walls\, visible through small peepholes. \n\n\n\nArtificial Intelligence is an insurance policy that protects us from difficulties in life. It is a golem that makes life easy by outsourcing artificial solutions. We absorb this artificiality\, and it becomes real\, making us artificial. \n\n\n\nArtificial Insurance\, a paranoid normal triptych\, uses found objects\, papier-mâché\, and wire sculptures to create snapshots of a Dadaist puppet show — dream images from the subconscious\, sent as a reminder that\, to insure full humanity\, art cannot be a product of data mining.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Hard Cider Festival on Saturday\, May 30th from 1:00 – 6:00 at the Cider Mill in the historic village of Oldwick. \n\n\n\nTicket is good for entry and two glasses of our own hard cider or wine.  Come and enjoy live music\, stroll through the orchards and take a free hay ride.  Children are welcome. Food and soft drinks will be available for purchase.  Please no outside food. \n\n\n\nThis event is rain or shine.  Ticket purchasers must be at least 21 years of age with ID required for entry.Children are free and do not need tickets.  Remaining tickets will be sold at the door for $17. \n\n\n\nThere are no refunds.
